USA orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees and laws of the destination country. Customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Defective items may be eligible for exchange, refund, or voucher if returned within 3 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Non-defective, correctly delivered products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges may incur a pickup fee, and items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories.
