You have the right to return your order within 14 days of its arrival.
Products can be returned easily. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies to both dissatisfaction with products and defective products.
With most packages, a return label is included in the box. If a label is not included, please email us at sales@habiturehq.com, and we will send it digitally. You can then print it and include it in your return package.
Note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products with traces of use. “New” refers to unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds and reserve the right to update this policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Return Label
A return label will be included in your package.
Returns are free of charge if the item was received damaged or incorrect.
For non-defective returns, actual shipping and return fees will apply.
Refund Details
Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been completed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Restocking Fee
A flat $5 restocking fee will be applied to non-defective, correctly delivered items that are returned or exchanged.
